Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@codezonebd.com. Your counter-notice must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including its location on CodeZoneBD.COM before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the United Kingdom and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a legal action, we may restore the content at our discretion. Restored content is subject to further review and may remain disabled if additional issues are identified.

Repeat Infringers

CodeZoneBD.COM reserves the right to terminate accounts or restrict access for users or authors who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in accordance with our policies and applicable law. This may include removing products or suspending accounts without prior notice.
